You send us your order specifications. An inspection is organized at the manufacturer or in its warehouse, before shipping. You receive photos and a video of the goods, along with a written report: compliance, deviations found and points of attention.
The report ends with a clear recommendation: release the order, request a correction or refuse. We go through it together in a 30-minute call, and you keep a reusable report template for your next orders.
Lead time depends on the supplier’s location. This inspection does not guarantee full compliance of the order and does not include negotiation with the supplier.
